Wise Notes products once sold will not be taken back or returned. You are allowed to inspect each and every page of the compilation before making the buying decision. Payment made for the Wise Notes are non-refundable in nature. Wise Notes will bear the shipment costs by offering free delivery within the jurisdiction of Kolkata city only, any purchase made outside of the city has to be made with additional delivery as applicable or waived off by the Wise Notes representative. Wise Notes is essentially a collection of notes compiled from varied sources which include ex-students, college notes, books, journals, newspapers, web resources, and study portals. Any mistake or shortcoming in the Wise Notes can be notified to the representative for enhancing the product in the next iteration but no concessions or cashback or additional content or modified content will be sent in return.

7. After Sales Policy

Customers will be offered as many as 10 additional notes free of cost from the date of purchase upon request. Additional notes can be claimed within the next 3 days from the date of purchase. Delivery of such notes will be made via email and it will be strictly based upon the 'availability'.
